About Us
Due Ragazzi Focaccia Co. was born from a lifelong love of Italian cooking, family tradition, and years spent working in professional kitchens. After running my family restaurant in Westwood, California — Skylight Gardens — I’m bringing that same passion for hospitality and handcrafted food back home to Pasadena, right next to San Marino.
With over 15 years of experience as an Italian chef and kitchen manager in restaurant and over 25 years baking, I’ve built my career around simple, honest cooking rooted in tradition. Due Ragazzi continues that journey — focused on naturally fermented sourdough focaccia, artisan breads, traditional Italian cookies, and seasonal baked goods made in small batches with care.
Operating under California’s Cottage Food Program, we serve our community through pre-orders, local pickup, direct website orders, special events, and seasonal holiday baking.

Our focaccia is naturally fermented and baked fresh in small batches using only the finest ingredients — Italian 00 flour, organic bread flour, local spring water, extra virgin olive oil, and Maldon sea salt.
